Parking Terms and Conditions

Definitions:

“Company” refers to Novotel Melbourne Airport.
“Customer” refers to the individual or entity making a parking reservation.
“Parking Space” refers to the designated area for parking a vehicle.
“Reservation” refers to the pre-booked parking space for a specific period.
“Vehicle” refers to the motor vehicle parked in the Parking Space.

The Terms will be binding when:

(a) you have completed and submitted an online booking form on Novotel Melbourne Airport’s website at https://www.novotelmelbourneairport.com.au/car-park/ ; and

(b) Novotel Melbourne Airport has accepted your booking by providing confirmation of your booking number and receipt of payment

Reservations:

Reservations are subject to availability.
The Customer must provide accurate information, including vehicle license plate number, arrival and departure times, and contact details.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Reservation at its discretion.
Reservations are valid only for the specified dates and times.
It is the customers responsibility to arrive and depart within the times they have booked.
If a customer arrives early, or departs late, extra charges may apply.

Payment:

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
The Company accepts credit card and debit card payments.
Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the Company’s refund policy (see section 7).

Parking:

The Customer must park their Vehicle in the designated Parking Space.
The Company is not responsible for any damage to or loss of the Vehicle or its contents.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring their Vehicle is securely locked.
The Customer must comply with all posted parking regulations and instructions.
Vehicles must be roadworthy and legally compliant.
The company reserves the right to move vehicles within the carpark for operational reasons.

Liability:

The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the Customer’s use of the Parking Space, except where caused by the Company’s negligence.
The Customer is responsible for any damage caused by their Vehicle to the Parking Space or other property.
The company is not responsible for loss caused by events outside of its control, such as natural disasters.

Changes and Cancellations:

Changes to Reservations may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival time to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made after the specified time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
The company reserves the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances, and will offer a full refund.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds will not be given for unused parking time.

Privacy:

The Company collects and uses personal information in accordance with its privacy policy, which is available on the Company’s website.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Amendments:

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
